In his message, he begins his congratulations with the name of God and the prayer for the end of the year.
At the beginning of his message, he states that spring is the beginning of moderation, freshness, and vitality, and "Nowruz" is a holiday of prosperity and cheerfulness.

He then goes on to say:
"I congratulate the "Nowruz" and the beginning of the new year to all the hard-working academics, including the honourable faculty members, dear employees, and students working to better the university and the Islamic Republic.
 I wish them a year full of health, happiness, and success.
"I hope that with God's help and the help of Imam Mahdi and following the wise leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei, and with more effort and motivation, we will witness the increasing success of the university in the national and international arenas and move in the direction of technology and essential goals of the country's scientific structure.
